El proceso comienza con la entrega a los ayuntamientos de un folleto informativo sobre los campos y el sistema de encuesta y medici\u00f3n que se ofrece. Las solicitudes de informaci\u00f3n se atienden de forma individualizada, con la posibilidad de realizar mediciones espec\u00edficas previa petici\u00f3n para responder mejor a las necesidades de los ayuntamientos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El alcalde de cada municipio se pone en contacto con RTE, y cada solicitud se eval\u00faa conjuntamente con la alcald\u00eda para determinar la respuesta m\u00e1s adecuada. RTE puede realizar las lecturas directamente y responder a las preguntas de los residentes, o encargar a un laboratorio independiente que realice las mediciones de acuerdo con un protocolo normalizado. Si el municipio lo desea, RTE puede cubrir el coste de este servicio.
