hace m\u00e1s de 15 a\u00f1os, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tours-metropole.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tours M\u00e9tropole Val de Loire<\/a><\/strong> presta especial atenci\u00f3n a las <strong>condiciones de despliegue de las instalaciones de telefon\u00eda m\u00f3vil<\/strong>. En concreto, ha creado un <a href=\"https:\/\/data.tours-metropole.fr\/explore\/dataset\/anfr_symbolique_ecole\/map\/?location=11,47.366,0.61217&amp;basemap=ign.planv2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">observatorio<\/a> para vigilar, comprender e informar al p\u00fablico sobre el entorno electromagn\u00e9tico generado por las estaciones base.<\/p>\n<p>Este observatorio se encarga de realizar mediciones o de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anfr.fr\/maitriser\/les-installations-radioelectriques\/faire-une-demande-de-mesure\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">solicitar mediciones a la ANFR<\/a>. La Misi\u00f3n, en la que participaron residentes, representantes de asociaciones, dirigentes empresariales y representantes electos durante varias semanas, dio como resultado un dictamen con 43 propuestas.<\/p>\n<p>En segundo lugar, un grupo de trabajo formado por representantes electos de las distintas autoridades locales de la zona elabor\u00f3 un <strong> plan de acci\u00f3n \u00ab5G, Agissons !\u00bb<\/strong>, basado en las recomendaciones de la misi\u00f3n. Este plan de acci\u00f3n, adoptado en 2022 por Metr\u00f3polis y sus municipios, se extiende de 2022 a 2025 y es supervisado cada <strong>seis meses por un comit\u00e9 directivo espec\u00edfico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-61b80483 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"61b80483\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Sensores para medir ondas electromagn\u00e9ticas en tiempo real<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-60c996ed e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"60c996ed\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;content_width&quot;:&quot;boxed&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-20b04431 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"20b04431\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Adem\u00e1s del despliegue de la 5G, este plan de acci\u00f3n responde a las expectativas expresadas en cuanto a usos y pr\u00e1cticas, a los <strong>retos de una tecnolog\u00eda digital responsable<\/strong> y a la lucha contra la exclusi\u00f3n y la inseguridad digital. Tambi\u00e9n incluye el refuerzo de las mediciones y controles de los campos electromagn\u00e9ticos en su territorio.<\/p>\n<p>Con este objetivo, y para impulsar la actividad de su observatorio, la autoridad local pidi\u00f3 a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.exem.fr\/ondes-exposition-publics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EXEM<\/a> que <strong>instalara y supervisara 5 sensores permanentes<\/strong>. Creadas y operativas a principios de 2023 en 4 municipios, est\u00e1n situadas en zonas elegidas espec\u00edficamente para su tipo: zonas urbanas densas, zonas de mucho tr\u00e1fico, parques empresariales, lugares tur\u00edsticos y centros urbanos.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 35px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\"> <\/div>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de controlar los niveles de intensidad de campo (disponibles en <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.observatoiredesondes.com\/fr\/villes\/tours\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.observatoiredesondes.com\/es<\/a><\/strong>), los datos recogidos se utilizar\u00e1n para mejorar los datos de medici\u00f3n ya disponibles para el p\u00fablico en general. A largo plazo, tambi\u00e9n permitir\u00e1n comprender mejor los niveles y fluctuaciones de los campos electromagn\u00e9ticos en relaci\u00f3n con el n\u00famero de habitantes y las actividades en general. A ra\u00edz de estas iniciativas, Tours M\u00e9tropole Val de Loire ya ha empezado a estudiar el desarrollo de este sistema de sensores permanentes y otras formas innovadoras de medir y cartografiar
